When will they get it?
At 8am on the day you pick. Leave the date empty and it goes as soon as you have paid.
Can I print it instead?
Yes. Put your own email address in as theirs and you will get the card to print or forward on the day.
Do they need an account?
A free one. The button in their email takes them straight there, and the account keeps their progress safe on any device.
What if they have already played it?
Get in touch and we will swap it for another room.
Can I give a free room?
You do not need to. Free rooms are free for everyone, so just send them the link.
